✨ To meditate on today

According to the Mahâ-Sudassana Jâtaka, the future Buddha consoles the weeping queen: everything that is composed is born, grows and then comes apart, and the most beautiful thing, at the end of the road, is to find peace. Today, when something changes or comes to an end, welcome it gently instead of holding on to it, and give yourself a moment of calm.
