✨ To meditate on today
According to the Gospel of Buddha, the Tathāgata (a title of the Buddha, “the one who has thus come”) lets his mind fill the four directions of the world with thoughts of love, until the whole world is pervaded with it, beyond measure. Today, take a moment to inwardly send a thought of kindness in each direction: in front of you, behind you, to your right, to your left, toward all the people who are there.
