✨ To meditate on today
According to Shantideva, in the Bodhicaryâvatâra, the bodhisattva (one who walks toward awakening for the good of all) first looks at his state of mind before acting or speaking, and brings it back to calm if needed. Today, before every important message or word, pause briefly to feel what state you are in, and wait until you are calmer if you are agitated.
