He that is rightly inspired in Character, Contemplation, and Wisdom, hath passed beyond the realm of Mara.

According to the Itivuttaka, the Buddha teaches that whoever unites right conduct, contemplation and wisdom passes beyond the “realm of Mara”, that is, everything that troubles and binds the mind, and shines like the sun. Today, choose a right action, a moment of calm and something you want to understand better, and live them simply, without seeking to shine.
