โœจ To meditate on today

According to the Itivuttaka, the Buddha distinguishes two ways of sharing and of being kind: giving material goods, which is good, and sharing what nourishes the mind (wisdom, peace, the teaching), which is higher still. Today, besides a concrete gesture, share with someone a word, a reading or an idea that helps them live more peacefully.
