✨ To meditate on today

According to the Larger Sukhâvatî-vyûha, the future Buddha Amitābha, when he was still a Bodhisattva (a being who seeks awakening for the good of all), gave up every word that hurts and spoke only words that do good, to himself as well as to others. Today, before speaking, ask yourself: “Will what I am about to say do good?”, and drop the word that would hurt.
