✨ To meditate on today

According to the Gospel of Buddha, the true disciple does not rely on privations or rituals: he lets go of the idea of a “self” to defend and entrusts himself with his whole heart to Amitābha, the unbounded light of truth. Today, in a discussion where you would like to be right, let go of the need to defend yourself and simply listen for what is true.
