✨ To meditate on today

According to the Udāna, whoever has crossed the mire of impurity and crushed the thorns of desire keeps peace, whether life brings comfort or discomfort. Today, facing a small inconvenience (a wait, the cold, something unexpected), stay at peace by remembering that your calm does not depend on circumstances.
