✨ To meditate on today

According to Shantideva, one can sincerely rejoice in the liberation others have attained (the disciples, and the “Buddhas for themselves” who awaken alone) and in the qualities of the Bodhisattvas, those beings who protect the world. This evening, think back over your day and rejoice in a progress, a success or a moment of peace experienced by someone else, as if it were your own.
