โœจ To meditate on today

According to the Dhammapada, the one who has been freed by true knowledge becomes calm in everything: in his thoughts, in his words and in his actions. Today, choose a hectic moment (a commute, a meeting, a family meal) and take care to keep all three calm at once: a settled thought, a gentle word, a slow gesture.
