✨ To meditate on today

According to the Itivuttaka, the monk who loves the Law (the Buddha’s teaching), meditates on it and remembers it, and who stays master of his thoughts while walking, standing, sitting or lying down, reaches Repose, the peace of Nirvana. Today, in each of these four postures, notice a passing thought and let it go without following it.
