✨ To meditate on today

According to the Sutta-Nipāta, the sage who has left behind his old passions, shuts himself up in no opinion and does not cling to the world lives at peace with himself, without blaming himself. Today, when you make a mistake, simply acknowledge it, repair what can be repaired, then let go of the inner reproach.
