✨ To meditate on today

According to the Mahāparinibbāna Sutta, which tells of the Buddha’s last days, the Buddha thanks Ānanda, his faithful disciple and companion, for years of love lived in deeds, words and thoughts. Today, say thank you to someone who faithfully stands by you, naming precisely a gesture, a word or an attention of theirs that did you good.
