โจ To meditate on today
According to the Itivuttaka, three kinds of beings are born into the world out of kindness, for the happiness of all: the Buddha, the accomplished disciple who passes on his teaching, and the disciple still on the way who shares it in turn. Today, remember that your life too can be a blessing for many: pass on to someone a good thing you have received.
