Let us today attend the Voice of God, Which speaks an ancient lesson, no more true today than any other day. Yet has this day been chosen as the time when we will seek and hear and learn and understand. Join me in hearing. For the Voice of God tells us of things we cannot understand alone, nor learn apart. It is in this that all things are protected. And in this the healing of the Voice of God is found.
Your healing Voice protects all things today, and so I leave all things to You. I need be anxious over nothing. For Your Voice will tell me what to do, and where to go; to whom to speak, and what to say to him;what thoughts to think; what words to give the world. The safety that I bring is given me.

After having dedicated your day to love (Lesson 274), this lesson offers you practical guidance for living it. Within the curriculum, it is a lesson in total trust. The Voice for God speaks to you an ancient lesson, always true. This day has been chosen so that you may seek, hear, learn, and understand. But you cannot understand alone, nor learn apart. Join your voice with that of your brothers and listen. Protection and healing are found in this shared listening.
The central idea is that the healing Voice of God protects all things today. You need not be anxious about anything. This Voice will tell you what to do and where to go, whom to speak to and what to say, which thoughts to hold, which words to offer the world. The safety you bring is given to you, it does not come from you, but through you. You leave all things to God, for His Voice guides you in all things.
This lesson builds upon the previous one (dedication to love) and prepares for Lessons 276–280 on the Word of God, liberation, and the absence of limits. It echoes Lesson 254 (every voice but God’s is silent). Listening to the Voice of God is not an option but a necessity for living protected and guided. The following lessons will deepen how this Voice manifests in your daily life.
To practice this today, begin by asking: "Voice of God, guide me today." Then, be attentive to intuitions, synchronicities, the words of others, and what feels right within. Whenever you need to make a decision, small or large, ask inwardly: "What does the Voice of God want me to do?" Then trust the answer that comes. Do not overanalyze. Act with faith, and observe how everything aligns perfectly.
You are never left without guidance. The Voice of God always speaks, softly but clearly. Today, allow yourself to listen. It will lead you exactly where you need to be.
