Through this as well the truth will enter where illusions were, light will replace all darkness, and Your Son will know he is as You created him.

After tasting the unshakable peace of God (lesson 273), this lesson dedicates your day to love. In the curriculum, it is a declaration of choice. Today, you let all things be as God created them. You honor the Son of God for his impeccability. You give the love of a brother for his brother and his Friend. Through this, you are redeemed. Through this, truth enters where illusions were, light replaces darkness, and the Son knows he is as God created him.
The central idea is that when you give your day to love, there is no room for fear. Love and fear cannot coexist. By dedicating your day to love, you automatically choose peace, joy, and safety. A special blessing comes from the Father when you give Him this day. Give Him this day, and there will be no fear today, because this day is given to love. The choice is simple: love or fear.
This lesson follows lesson 273 (peace) and prepares for lesson 275 (the healing voice of God). It connects with lesson 255 (choosing perfect peace) and lesson 246 (to love the Father is to love His Son). Giving the day to love is to live the curriculum’s central teaching: forgiveness and unconditional love are the way to God. Each day becomes an offering of love.
In practice, upon waking, say aloud: 'Father, I give You this day. It belongs to love.' Then, when you encounter a situation that awakens fear, a bad news, a conflict, a worry, pause and ask: 'How would love respond here?' Then choose that response. Make every interaction an expression of love. Speak with love, act with love, think with love. By day’s end, you will see that fear never took hold.
Today is a sacred day. It is given to love, and nothing less than love has a place here. Live it fully, without fear, for love is with you.
