Our Father, let us see the face of Christ instead of our mistakes. For we who are Your holy Son are sinless. We would look upon our sinlessness, for guilt proclaims that we are not Your Son. And we would not forget You longer. We are lonely here, and long for Heaven, where we are at home. Today we would return. Our Name is Yours, and we acknowledge that we are Your Son.

This lesson corrects the fundamental error at the root of all illusions: believing you can live apart from God. Today, whenever you feel vulnerable, limited, or alone, remember: "I have no life apart from God. His life is my life." When fear of death or loss passes through you, remember you live by God's eternal life, which cannot die. Look at your reflection in a mirror and say: "This body is not my life."
You are not a separate drop from the ocean: you are the entire ocean experiencing itself as a drop for a moment, before recognizing its true immensity.
