For morning and evening review:
[93] Light and joy and peace abide in me.
I am the home of light and joy and peace.
I welcome them into the home I share with God, because I am a part of Him.
[94] I am as God created me.
I will remain forever as I was, created by the Changeless like Himself.
And I am one with Him, and He with me.
On the hour:
Light and joy and peace abide in me.
On the half hour:
I am as God created me.
This review brings you back to lessons 93 and 94, two powerful affirmations about what abides in you and who you truly are. Lesson 93 declares that 'Light and joy and peace abide in me', not as temporary visitors, but as permanent residents. Lesson 94 affirms 'I am as God created me', the most fundamental truth of the entire Course. Together, they form the pillar of identity and experience.
This review pair is especially important because it connects identity (94) with experience (93). Many spiritual seekers know the truth intellectually ('I am as God created me') but do not feel it ('Light and joy and peace abide in me'). This review offers you the chance to bridge the two: reviewing them together allows identity to become experience.
After review 111 on vision, review 112 on identity and experience brings us closer to the heart of the message. Reviews 111–115 cover lessons 91–100, dealing with vision, identity, the Self, and role. Reviews 116–120 will cover lessons 101–110, focused on happiness, truth, and rest. Each day of review adds another layer of integration.
Practice today by repeating morning and evening: 'Light and joy and peace abide in me. I am as God created me.' Each hour: 'Light and joy and peace abide in me.' Each half-hour: 'I am as God created me.' If you feel sad, angry, or anxious, remember these feelings are not what abides in you, they are temporary guests. What abides is light.
You are God’s dwelling place. And in His temple, only light, joy, and peace reside.
