This review brings you back to lessons 95 and 96, the heart of the unity of the Self. Lesson 95 declares, "I am one Self, united with my Creator", a truth that may seem abstract but is the most concrete reality of all. Lesson 96 draws the consequence: "Salvation comes from my one Self." Together, these two ideas form the foundation of all healing: you are one, and from this unity comes salvation. Not ten solutions for ten problems, one unity, one solution.
This pair is crucial because it resolves the problem of inner conflict. As long as you perceive yourself as divided (good and bad, mind and body, saint and sinner), you will seek salvation through the reconciliation of opposites, which is impossible. Salvation comes from recognizing that you are one Self, not from the effort to reconcile two imaginary halves. This review allows you to feel unity beyond apparent division.
Revisions 111–112 covered vision and identity. Revision 113 deepens the unity of the Self. Revisions 114–115 will continue with pure mind and role (97–98), then salvation and the essential (99–100). Each revisited pair brings you closer to unified perception. After these reviews, the final block 116–120 on happiness and rest will be the culmination of all of Part Two.

Every half-hour: "Salvation comes from my one Self." If a thought of conflict or inner division arises, bring it back to simplicity: one Self. Nothing else is real.
