โœจ To meditate on today

According to Chuang Tzu, the sage lives in harmony with Heaven: at rest, he unites with the Yin (the calm, receptive side of life); in movement, with the Yang (its active, luminous side), and at death he peacefully returns into the great transformation. Today, consciously alternate a moment of full action with a moment of true rest, without guilt for either one.
