โœจ To meditate on today

According to Chuang Tzu, life is like a flame: the bundle of wood burns away, but the fire passes to another and does not go out; what is alive in us is passed on beyond each form. Today, pass on to someone a little of the fire you have received: some knowledge, some encouragement, a kindness that was once shown to you.
