โœจ To meditate on today

According to Chuang Tzu, happiness is found in a simple and sufficient life: an excess of pleasures, possessions or power does not make one happier, it weighs one down. Today, choose one thing of which you already have enough (a purchase, a screen, one more helping) and be content with what you have, fully savouring what is enough.
