Lesson 30

And he whose physical frame is perfect and whose vitality is in its original purity,—he is one with God.

Excerpt

And he whose physical frame is perfect and whose vitality is in its original purity,—he is one with God.

✨ To meditate on today

According to Chuang Tzu, it is by setting down needless worries and agitation that one keeps the body rested and the vital spirit intact, and finds again union with nature, mother of all beings. Today, choose a worry you can set aside until tomorrow and give your body a real moment of rest, outdoors if possible.
