โœจ To meditate on today

According to Chuang Tzu, the emperor Yao, a wise legendary sovereign of ancient China, describes his way of governing in this way: not oppressing the small, not wronging the poor, caring for widows and orphans; true kindness begins with attention to the most fragile. Today, offer a moment of practical attention to someone around you who is alone or vulnerable.
