โœจ To meditate on today

According to Lao Tzu, all things were born of perfect simplicity, the Tao (the Way, the Principle from which everything that exists comes): in spreading forth, it gave form to beings, like raw material from which objects are shaped. Today, look at a simple object you use (a cup, a table), think of the raw material it came from, and try to keep something of that simplicity in your own gestures.
