✨ To meditate on today

According to Chuang Tzu, when the heart of the Sage is calm like still water, it reflects all beings faithfully, like a mirror; emptiness, peace, silence and non-intervention are the way Heaven and the Principle act. Today, before responding to a situation that stirs you up, wait for your heart to settle like water becoming clear again, then look at things as they are.
