✨ To meditate on today

According to Chuang Tzu, Chun Mang describes the transcendent men: united with light and with the universe, free of all attachment and of selfishness, they share the serene joy of heaven and earth, which let each thing go towards its fulfilment. Today, let go of a small expectation or a small whim, and savour the light joy that comes when you stop wanting everything for yourself.
