✨ To meditate on today

According to Chuang Tzu, to become wise it is enough to forget: to forget things, causes and above all one’s own interests; in this forgetting, a person becomes one with Heaven. Today, during a conversation, forget yourself for a moment: think neither of what you will answer nor of the image you give, and be wholly attentive to the other.
