โจ To meditate on today
According to Chuang Tzu, all beings come from the Principle and can return to it, not through one more effort, but by ceasing to be agitated, like the bird that closes its beak and falls silent. Today, in the middle of your activity, stop for a minute, cease speaking and doing, and simply savour this silence.
