โจ To meditate on today
According to Chuang Tzu, the true sage lives like the quail in the fields, without clinging to a dwelling or worrying about his food; when the world is at peace, he simply shares in the prosperity of all. Today, enjoy something held in common (a park, a shared meal, a moment of calm) without seeking to own more, and give thanks for what is given to you.
