โœจ To meditate on today

According to Chuang Tzu, doing good to everyone while following the current of life is already a form of wisdom, and the highest wisdom consists in keeping a calm heart, a little apart from the agitation, the better to help those it carries away. Today, when someone around you is caught up in stress, stay settled yourself and offer them peaceful help rather than letting yourself be swept along.
