✨ To meditate on today
According to Lao Tzu, whoever knows harmony finds constancy, and whoever knows constancy becomes enlightened, that is, sees clearly in his life. Today, return several times to the same peaceful gesture, a slow breath or a kindly thought, and taste the clarity that this regularity brings.
