✨ To meditate on today

According to Chuang Tzu, we walk, stop and nourish ourselves carried by a force of heaven and earth that we do not understand: nothing of what we are truly belongs to us. Today, with each step or each mouthful, think “I am carried,” and let this thought dissolve a little of your desire to possess.
