โœจ To meditate on today

According to Lao Tzu, the trouble of the heart settles by itself when we let it rest, like muddy water that grows clear, and whoever follows the Tao does not seek to fill himself with everything. Today, when you feel agitated, stop for a minute without doing anything and simply let your heart settle.
