The perfect man employs his mind as a mirror.

Excerpt

For the perfect man employs his mind as a mirror. It grasps nothing: it refuses nothing. It receives, but does not keep. And thus he can triumph over matter, without injury to himself.

โœจ To meditate on today

According to Chuang Tzu, the accomplished man uses his mind like a mirror: he sees everything clearly, grasping nothing and rejecting nothing, and nothing leaves a trace in him that troubles him. Today, in the face of what happens, try to be that mirror: look, welcome, then let it go again, without clinging.
