✨ To meditate on today

According to Chuang Tzu, heaven and earth nourish all beings without their realizing it, and by contemplating this silent gift one can sense the Principle, the origin of all things. Today, when you eat or drink, think for a moment of everything the earth, the rain and the sun have given for this meal to be there.
