According to the book of Ruth, Naomi, who has lost her husband and her two sons, blesses her two daughters-in-law, Ruth and Orpah, for the kindness they showed to the dead and to her, and wishes them to find a peaceful life again. Today, bless in your turn someone who has shown you affection: thank them and wish them peace.
