I will run the way of Thy commandments, For Thou dost enlarge my heart. Teach me, O LORD, the way of Thy statutes; And I will keep it at every step. Give me understanding, that I keep Thy law and observe it with my whole heart. Make me to tread in the path of Thy commandments; for therein do I delight.

✨ To meditate on today
According to the psalmist, following the way God teaches does not confine us: it enlarges the heart, and we move forward on it eagerly and with delight. Today, when a situation tightens your heart, ask yourself what right and good step could give it room again, then take that step.
