Lesson 261

Keep ye justice, and do righteousness.

Excerpt

Thus saith the LORD: Keep ye justice, and do righteousness; For My salvation is near to come, And My favour to be revealed. Happy is the man that doeth this, And the son of man that holdeth fast by it: That keepeth the sabbath from profaning it, And keepeth his hand from doing any evil.

โœจ To meditate on today

According to Isaiah, the prophet, God invites us to keep justice and do good, for His help is near; happy is the one who holds fast to it, who keeps the Sabbath, the day of rest consecrated to God, and keeps his hand from all evil. Today, choose a just act you have been putting off for a long time (giving back, mending, thanking) and do it.
