โœจ To meditate on today

According to Bahya ibn Paquda, in the Duties of the Heart, true humility before God shows itself in gentleness and unselfishness toward others, at work as elsewhere, and in the sorrow we feel at their mistakes instead of rejoicing over them. Today, when someone makes a mistake in front of you, respond gently: help them put it right rather than pointing out their fault.
