According to the Zohar, the letter B (Beth), the first letter of the Torah in the word Bereschith, “In the beginning”, contains in seed all the other letters, just as the river coming from above gives life to all things. Today, at the start of each activity, take a moment to begin it with a good intention, like a first letter that gives life to all that follows.
