✨ To meditate on today

According to Isaiah, God promises His presence to whoever goes through trials: the waters and the fire are really there, but they do not sweep him away, for He is with him. Today, at the hardest moment of your day, breathe slowly: with each in-breath, say inwardly “I will be with thee”; with each out-breath, let yourself be carried.
