โœจ To meditate on today

According to the Ethics of the Fathers (Pirkei Avot), a collection of sayings of the ancient Jewish masters, Simeon the Just taught that the world stands on three pillars: the Torah (the divine teaching), worship and active kindness. Today, offer a small gesture to each of these pillars: read a sentence that uplifts you, say a short prayer and do someone a favour without expecting anything.
