✨ To meditate on today
According to Rûmî in the Masnavi, all creatures, from fish to ants and even the elements, receive their sustenance from God in every season. Today, before each meal, take a moment to recognize where what you receive comes from, and share something, a fruit, some bread, a little water for the birds, with another creature.
