✨ To meditate on today
According to Attar, when the Sufi master Junaïd of Baghdad was asked when the heart finds contentment, he replied: when one has lost it through love. Today, instead of looking for what would satisfy you, give your heart to something or someone, a task, a person, a prayer, and see whether peace does not come of itself.
