โจ To meditate on today
According to Rumi, there is no use fixing your gaze on your own pictures, fair or ugly, or on your weaknesses: contemplate instead what you love and what you aspire to, for that is what lifts you up. Today, when you catch yourself judging yourself, gently turn your attention toward what lifts you up and take a small step in that direction.
