✨ To meditate on today
According to Ibn Arabi, in a poem where he searches for his departed loved ones, the East wind brings him a message from the mountain flowers through the shíḥ plants, a desert wormwood: when absence hurts, tales of love bring comfort. Today, if a sense of loss weighs on you, read or tell a beautiful story of love or friendship, and let it warm your heart.
