According to Rumi, God is the Alchemist who ceaselessly transforms: He changes earth into bread and bread into life, and He can make an erring soul a guide for others; no one is locked in their mistakes. Today, look at someone, or at yourself, not for what they have been but for what God can make of them, and say a word that encourages them to grow.
