✨ To meditate on today
According to Rumi, the heart is like a little child who cries: it is soothed by rocking, and it is God, “Thou that helpest every moment a hundred helpless,” who gives it the milk that comforts. Today, when your heart is restless, treat it with the gentleness one has for a child: slow down, speak to yourself tenderly, and entrust it to God in a short prayer.
