✨ To meditate on today

According to Ramana Maharshi, knowing oneself as “Brahman”, that is, the divine Reality and not a limited body, does not shut us in: it is expressed as sympathy, love and charity. Today, whenever you feel cramped by your worries, offer someone a gesture of sympathy and feel your heart widen.
